"Louie Quilez, You could not ask for a better sales person. I had a problem, a older 88 Harley with bank note on it. My wife did'nt get it payed off while i was in Iraq, and i wanted to get a new or newer Harley when i got home. She did the right thing though and payed off our credit cards. Other dealers here in IL. and Ind. would'nt even talk to me. Not even the local Dealer here in Effingham, IL. Louie took my problem to heart. He and another great person, Tiny, work out a deal, they got me on a brand new Elec. Glide. They told me it was the least they could do for a Vet. I am telling you the truth when i say i had to fight back tears in my eyes when i was talking to them at the counter. Im fighting them now as i write this. I have had a lot of nice things done for me while i have been home, a free dinner, a few free beers, a lot of hand shakes and thanks, but this is above and beyond the call of THEIR duty. Louie, Tiny, you two are a few of the great one's and your dealership is so lucky to have you. Your selling Harleys but your doing with heart and soul, and thats what puts you above the rest. "I found your dealership as a fluke on HDtrader.com Only called about 2 bikes, one actually belonged to Ragu who had sold it but told me he worked for your dealership. He got me set up right from the start! I was purchasing the bike for my husbands 40th birthday as a suprise. From the phone call right to the time I was greeted with a big hug from Ragu, I felt like I was the most important person at your dealership! Ragu and Louie set me up like a princess! I have a local dealership but they have NO customer service skills. They are only 10minutes away but I drove 3 hours in the pouring rain to your dealership and was truly worth the drive. Your dealership should be an example to all other Harley dealerships! My husband loved the bike and was completely blown away by the story of how I got it and all those involved. "I bought my 04 sporty in december 03, I lived in Elmwood park closer to another dealer at the time, but After spending a few minutes in IL harley I knew that was the place to buy my bike and anything else i needed for me or my baby. The sales staff worked very hard to get me financing (I had less than perfect credit by far) and treated me like part of the family. I recently moved to Bartlett, IL. again closer to a number of other dealerships and STILL plan on getting my service and parts at IL harley. My customizing nestegg has gotten nice and fat so I will be seeing them again soon. Its more than well worth the 30+ mile drive!!"

"A number of the newer Harley dealerships that I have visited are large and impersonal, not so with Illinois, from the moment that I walk in the door I am greeted with a friendly face. The personel are all friendly and show a genuine interest in me and my bike. To start out, I got the best deal on my bike, and they got me financed and on my way the same day! The parts people take the time to help me find exactly what I need. The service guys are ready to answer my questions even if I'm not buying anything. There are other dealers closer to me, but none can match the level of service."

"I have been looking for just the right bike for about 2 years now. My wife and I have have been looking all over for a color that she liked. Most of the dealers that I have delt with try to move there used bikes to make room for the new ones coming in, some dealers went as far as pushing so hard that my wife and I walked out on them. When we got to IHD everone was very nice and did not push anything on us at all. We new at this point what we wanted but did not see it on the show room. Mark told us they did have one but it was up stairs. he took us up there and my wife fell in love with the bike, 2006 Ultra and it was the type I was looking for.We came back Saturday and finished the deal on the bike. I would like to thank everyone that we talked to and let them know that they have great attitudes and we did have fun buy from them. By the way Mark, thanks again."

"From the first day I walked in to Illinois H-D, I've was treated like one of the family and not like the middle-aged jerk looking to relive some long forgotten dream that I felt like from other dealers... From my sales rep(Ragu) to final drive-away and parts/accessories, I felt respected and accepted... Even the girls at the front desk always give me a very nice "how ya doin'" when I stop by for a few moments to look around... I could have saved alot of money buying a Metric bike somewhere else, probably thousands... But the impression made on me in those first couple exploratory visits, and the "hey Buddy" follow up calls from Ragu, sealed the deal before I ever signed on the dotted line... Not to mention the beautiful blonde that just happened to walk by while I was sitting on a bike in the showroom who said, "you look good on that one"...
